Your account:

• Every user may have only one Dumbino selling/buying account
• All offers or bids must be serious
• It is not allowed to send offers through private messages to a seller
• You must provide the most information possible about the property you are selling
• It is forbidden to spread false information about the property you are selling
• You must own all the rights to sell the property
• No fake biddings on own listings
• Be honest with the other users then they are also honest with you

Selling Websites:

• Selling a website must include the Domain itself as well as the source code, template, plugins, login and all other current data 
• Must be legal, no copyright infringement and not breaking any laws

Selling Apps:

• Including the source code is not a must when selling an App. But it must be included in full if it is offered including the source code.
• If you are selling an App clone, you must have the rights to clone the original App
• You must also integrate all add affiliations of the new owner if provided

Selling Domains:

• Domain must be at least 60 day old, otherwise it is not allowed to be transferred ( ICANN regulation)
• You must pass on all relevant information for transferring the domain to the new owner
• If there is any website related to the sold domain, you have to delete it, otherwise it will also be property of the new owner
